Monarch was engaged to Design and Construct a service station site in accordance with 7-Eleven’s specifications as part of the new Poplars Retail and Services Precinct.

Located on a greenfield site, the project scope required design and installation of new incoming power and water services, civil works, and council approved crossover works to existing roads and paths.

New inground fuel farm and tanks, associated electrical works, and two inground water treatment tanks were installed in line with council requirements prior to the commencement of onsite amenities which include a large concrete forecourt, structural steel canopy, precast concrete sales building with feature ‘timber look’ cladding, signage, and landscaping

‘The design, construction and handover were completed to high quality as noted by the 7-Eleven NSW Project Manager and others. Poplars Developments also appreciated the cooperative approach by the entire Monarch team, and completion on-schedule to the agreed contract price.’
