Monarch was engaged to design and construct two multi-unit complexes on a greenfield site in Greenway. Comprising a total of 30 units, the development adheres to Class C adaptable dwelling standards and offers a diverse mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, each with access to a private balcony or courtyard.

The inclusion of a large basement car park beneath both buildings provides two dedicated parking spaces per unit, storage, and convenient internal access, addressing residents’ practical needs.

The landscaped communal outdoor area with low-maintenance plantings and play amenities enhances the community atmosphere. The entire development achieved a minimum 6-star energy efficiency rating, with some units reaching an impressive EER of 9, showcasing Monarch’s commitment to sustainability.

Finishes, spatial allowances, and high-quality design ensure the homes cater to people of all abilities, with features easily modified to meet changing household needs.
