Monarch was engaged to complete the design, construction, and landscaping of five townhouses within an established residential complex.

These new residences mark a fresh chapter in the neighbourhood, replacing the original Mr Fluffy homes. In their place, we built two-bedroom houses, two of which were thoughtfully designed to meet Class C adaptable standards. The architectural design considered key easy living features to make the homes simple and safe to use for all occupants. This included features like flush threshold access and the flexibility to convert the townhouse bathrooms into Class C Adaptable residences.

Throughout the construction of these five townhouses, Monarch maintained positive relationships by consistently communicating with neighbouring residents and those living within the complex. This proactive approach ensured that everyone was well-informed about planned construction activities, including resurfacing the existing asphalt common driveways and walkways.
