Monarch was engaged to carry out refurbishments and additions to Holy Trinity Primary School in Curtin.

Works were carried out over six separate stages and included the removal of an existing stage and backstage rooms which were repurposed into a modified hall and new library, the addition of a new toilet block, reburbishments to the canteen kitchen and after school care facilities, refurbishment to four classrooms and the addition of a new front office reception.

All works were undertaken within an occupied school environment and were delivered on shcedule, with minimal disruptions to the shcool’s daily operations.
