Monarch undertook an extensive refurbishment program at Merici College, which included a complete overhaul of the school’s science wing. The scope of work involved the demolition of the old facilities, minor remodelling works, new glazing, as well as completing the new fitout of modern science labs and support rooms over two levels.

Working with an older building presented some challenges, in addition to the complexities of working on a live site with over 900 students plus staff. Monarch’s experienced team was able to overcome any issues to successfully deliver a new facility which will benefit Merici’s students for decades to come.
