Bega Sports Complex Construction Awarded

8 May 2024

Monarch is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the construction of the Bega Sports Complex.

This project represents an exciting opportunity to transform Bega into a premier destination for multi-use sports and recreation that will not only host professional sporting matches but also become a hub for regular community events.

The new Bega Sports Complex will address several deficiencies within the existing facility. These include outdated facilities, non-compliant and inadequate change rooms, limited disability access, and ageing indoor courts.

Funded by the Bega Valley Shire Council and the NSW Office of Sport, this project will not only meet the current needs of the community but also anticipate future demands by accommodating a wide range of user groups.

Monarch is keen to get started on this project for the community and is committed to identifying and utilising local trades people where possible.

For more information on the Bega Sports Complex Upgrade Project and a fly through video of the proposed design, visit the Bega Valley Shire Council website.
