Monarch was engaged to build a new staffroom extension to Maribyrnong Primary School to create a large, functional space for teaching staff.

Project works began with the demolition of an existing classroom and asbestos removal to make space for the new building.

The new staffroom features a large modern kitchen with cooking facilities, practical storage areas, provision for an interactive whiteboard, and large windows to provide an abundance of natural light.

The building has been designed and constructed utilisng thermally efficient products including Pro-Clima wall and roof membranes, wall and ceiling insulation, Klip-Lok Colorbond roofing, and large double glazed thermally broken windows and doors.

Monarch delivered a high-quality build for the school. Communication was constant throughout the project and Monarch pushed through the difficult weather conditions to still deliver on time.
