Monarch was engaged to deliver the restaurant refurbishment and playground extension project at the McDonald’s Charnwood location.

The works included a full interior refurbishment of the restaurants dining area with new custom joinery and booth seating that aligned with the current McDonald’s décor standards, well as a new state of the art two-storey playground.

The most technical component was the removal and installation of a brand new custom cooking line supplied by McDonalds Australia. These works were conducted over a 36 hour period to ensure minimal impact on trade.

Monarch ran 24 hour shifts throughout a staged works program to ensure the project was delivered on time, while maintaining 24/7 access for customers and McDonald’s staff.
